Leg of pork

Tesco were selling their bonless leg of pork for half price only £2 a kilo so I got 2 joints this being one for just under £4 each. I cut them in half making 4 nice joints. We had one for tea tonight with roasties etc. Plus rhubarb and ice cream. Plenty left for bubble and squeak and cold meat and pickles. Sandwiches and the dogs.

Apologies to vegetarians. I respect your views and eat a lot of vegie meals but i do like a bit of meat occasionally.
