Giving me a look

Flora returned from the vet yesterday afternoon with a good report. Thanks to everyone who wished her well. Her operation went fine but she has to wear her cone for 10 days. That's going to be fun. She's also only allowed gentle walks on her lead. At the moment that's ok because she's still sleepy from the anaesthetic but by tomorrow I expect she'll be her usual lively self. She goes to the vet tomorrow for her first post-op check.

Another sunny day and I'm debating whether to chuck a few cornflower seeds into the garden. It might be too early but by now it's hard to hold back. I'll definitely be out in the garden, between pet nursing duties.
