Richmond Park: Isabella Plantation

Brighter birds and blossom in large.
Extras: Mandarin duck and Mandarin drake

We visited the Isabella Plantation at Richmond Park in the bright early afternoon sunshine: some of the Rhododendron were in bloom, so it was starting to look rather magnificent, but I expect that it'll be a startling display of colour(s) in a week or so... There were mandarin ducks on two of the ponds, so I enjoyed photographing them against the blossomy reflections.

Others here (or right from Rhododendrons blossoming)
