That loaf

This is the bread you saw being prepared yesterday. I baked it this morning and after it had cooled I cut it in half to go in the freezer - I snicked the end off one half so that I could taste it; must do the quality control and all that. Tastes okay so it's all good. I baked this at a slightly lower temperature than I usually do, I want to move away from the dark outside., and it looks to have worked - slightly longer at slightly lower but still hot enough to set the crust.
