unfurling

So much is changing just now and it's all happening very quickly, in my life and in nature. I had a walk around the garden when I got home from work, to calm down and see what new leaves were unfurling. Here is one of the Hostas, its new green spikes seen from above.

I'm looking forward to the weekend - Luke is here for a few days and tomorrow at 1.45 the Samba Sisters will be drumming in Dumfries.

I must also get around to doing some packing for the next adventure, which starts on Monday :-)
