River of Flowers

Saturday: Cordyline/Cabbage Tree/Anglesey Palm

Clear blue sky for much of the day, wind still cool.
I planted an assortment of beans & peas today, some for myself and some for the Plant Sale: runner bean “Scarlet Emperor”, asparagus peas, crown peas, sugar snap peas, yard long beans and dwarf bean "Hestia".
Chatted with our neighbours across the road this afternoon. The calendula I gave them a year ago haven’t stopped flowering and the girls love them. Gave them a few more plants to try out :-))
Whilst looking out of the upstairs window this evening I noticed the Cordyline is making flower spikes, will watch them with interest...
Wishing everyone a relaxing evening x
