Tiny flowers

The weather continues to surprise, we've already had several days which were so warm that you could walk around without a coat, but this morning my car was frozen and the temperature was only 3 C, a temperature so low which we didn't have often in the past winter months ! It must be very confusing for the flora and fauna, all the azalea shrubs are starting to bud and some are already opening, due to the warm spells. Night frost is not good for them ! I was going to count bees as we're having a national bee counting weekend, but apart from one or two fat bumble bees no bees were showing up, probably much too cold for them today. My Blip today is of the photinia flowers, they're tiny, tiny and I have no idea if the flowers will open up more.

Thanks so much for all your Abstract Thursday entries last week, distorted or not ! This coming Thursday the optional theme is 'different viewpoint', try taking a shot from such a different viewpoint that it becomes an abstract :-) From above, from below, camera on the ground , just try it ! The tag will be AT199
