Farewell neighbours

Seventeen years ago the couple in the centre of this photograph moved into our building and very kindly invited us (complete strangers) to their house-warming party. This evening we were back upstairs with them (plus two children and Monty the cockapoo), 'cooling' their flat ahead their departure at the end of next week. They have bought a new house across the other side of town. From the look on his face, I don't think that Monty is too happy about the move!

Most of the rest of the day has been spent on activities domestic. Mr hazelh is very grateful that I have finally proof-read and corrected my 2018/19 blipbook, two photobooks (1996/7 and 2018), and a book of blog posts. We also popped to the supermarket and started preparations for a wee holiday trip abroad next week.

Exercise today: sit-ups, stretches and weights, 1 hour on the exercise bike.
