Fireplace

The small problem with the lights around the fireplace is that they permanently flash; relentlessly alternating between 'strobe' and 'pulse'.

It's quite a big problem actually - they're making me feel sick. Decorations shouldn't make you sick. And yet I still haven't taken them down.
Is this a form of Christmas-addiction?
