Warming Up.....

Last trip to the gym before this weekends Orienteering. Followed it up with a sports massage......only the second I have had. It really helped a tight hamstring and I came away with exercises to help progress things further.

Out for a long walk with Jet via the flood defences. Spotted this Peacock sunning itself and then the Pied Wagtail perched on the flood defences. Richard preferred the Wagtail but I went with the colour and background of the butterfly.
