Activity

On the morning walk i stop here for a while the dogs drink out the ditch im in and have a moment of play and rest and observation. This is my little moment i use to get my energy going ready for the day.

Today i went with my sister for a spa day she had got a voucher for christmas and it was going out of date soon. I let her have both treatments. We enjoyed swimming lengths and the sauna steam room and jacuzzi. Then lunch afterwards. A lot of the talk was about her wedding thats less than 5 weeks away.
