A warning

This is what I will look like if I don't start using the EL membership I signed up to on Monday. I'm not sure if like to face this when coming to work every morning but maybe it does stop over indulgence with office coffee and cake.

I was 'down the town' for a check up and combined it with some signing and banking, in tellerless banks.

The sun is making an appearance. I hope it augurs well for the weekend..
