Rapeseed Selfie

I don't have a motorbike, unfortunately, but I do have a bicycle and I need more exercise to keep my BP under control.  So I cycled out this afternoon to find a place for a photo.  I was the only useful subject that I could find ;-), so I took a selfie with my kit zoom and it worked pretty well, considering the LCD screen will not fold around to the front to enable me to see what I'm shooting.
