Life through my eyes

Mixed blessings

A trip to the physio this morning, so we drove to The Mall and got the bus from there.  It was a bit misty but I thought this worked in mono.

The physio was good and bad!  She is very good, but today that involved getting deep into the tendon, and boy did it hurt!

There is a nice Italian restaurant by the bus stop so we called in there for lunch again.  We have only been a few times but we now seem to be welcomed as regulars!  In fact this time we were offered a limoncello after we had paid, but I declined as I was driving.  Just as well as Mr T was "drunk in charge of his walking stick"!

Then on the way home we popped to a garden centre to get some chipping to finish the front garden.  This should have been done last year but just didn't get done.  The bulk bag was the best value but we have to wait for it to be delivered.

Then I had my appointment with the asthma nurse.  They had just cleaned the room with bleach and so that started me off.  It wasn't great but it was at least good that she saw it happen and how quickly it happens.  She told me if I was still bad tonight to call for help, and never, ever to be afraid to call 999.  She kept saying that!  She has now taken my treatment to the next stage and is going to follow it up with my GP tomorrow and ask her to refer me to a respiratory specialist.
