Spring has arrived

A little gardening this morning. My tulips have finally opened but the ground is so dry after the prolonged east wind that much of the spring growth has stopped. Mustn’t complain though.
A great afternoon walk with Jenny and Rob, and Pepper. Down to Park End Moss and up to Sizergh Castle for a cuppa, with lovely woodland flowers.
And then Book Group, we had all enjoyed ‘The Handmaids Tale ‘, a very prophetic and disturbing book. Well worth a read.
