We are healthy!! Well, we were in the morning, by the afternoon I was feeling pretty rough and was good for nothing.

We spent it in the office and then in a car as we drove around Kathmandu picking people up to go to the second part of Sumani's birthday. This version was about 300 people strong and included a constant stream of food and drink, none of which I really fancied :-(

Sumani looked great on her throne and had a good time which was great.
