The outdoor life

Today has been perfection from beginning to end, a direct correlation to time spent outside.

Breakfast outside, lunch outside, BBQ dinner outside. Interspersed with a walk around the block for an ice-cream, plenty of reading in the sunshine and a game of frisbee with some of the neighbours.

I’m reading ‘Do No Harm’ by Henry Marsh at the moment, lent to me by Andrew. Utterly fascinating stories from a neurosurgeon, continuing my fascination with all things NHS.

How many Brits are sunburnt this evening?
