Captain America

Today's the day ……………………….. for a happy return

It's my birthday today - and I've had a lovely day with lots of cards, presents and messages from friends and family.

But the nicest thing that happened was the arrival of young Captain America  aka Dominic, who arrived with his Mum and Dad to spend a few days with us over the Easter Weekend.  We'll be joined by Rob, Anna, Tess and Josie tomorrow - and an Easter Egg hunt is on the cards.

The other thing that arrived this afternoon was a trailer-full of gravel (see extra) - but I'm pretty sure it wasn't one of my birthday presents ………………….!
