Tractor Driving

For relaxation The Mate plays a farm game, a very realistic one, which gives the sensation with sounds of actually doing farm work. This game has delighted him for years but today he wanted to try the real thing.

We went over the border to Kirkwood Farm. This is The Mate being shown by Alison how to couple up the tractor to a trailer. After the hour's session we were allowed to drive and walk around the huge estate.

We had a late lunch of chips which we took to Eskriggs Nature Reserve, near Lockerbie, to eat. Unfortunately there were no red squirrels around this afternoon.
