Pegwell Bay wetlands

Another lovely bike ride yesterday showed me a glimpse of something l had been wondering about. When l got home l googled Sandwich/Pegwell Bay and discovered the country park. I went over there and found a lovely area that l could walk along next to, but not out onto as it the preservation of birds only. It is flat and comprised of marshland mainly before meeting the north sea. If l looked to the left l could see Ramsgate and her lovely chalk cliffs. The river that can seen between the two bits of land is the Stour which goes on into Sandwich. I believe that there are boat trips out to see seals there which l will look into.
The extra is a photo of last night's pink moon from our window. It was an astonishing pink which has not translated into the photo.
