Young love

I visited the Extinction Rebellion protest sites in London, ironically on the hottest day of the year so far, to document this most extraordinary, peaceful action.
Parliament Square was closed to traffic and had become a pedestrianised 'park'. Meanwhile, Waterloo Bridge, also closed, had become a mini Glastonbury, except on a normally very busy road bridge, and with no drugs nor alcohol, something the ER organisers are insistent on.
This blissfully happy young couple seemed to sum up the atmosphere at the camp, and also reminded me of images from Woodstock festival many years ago.
Maybe this protest action around London is a new Woodstock..??
