Winter Festival

From the balcony of the National Theatre this afternoon during the intervasl of The Magistrate. I think its a world class view. I decided to crop out the top of the Eye because otherwise there is too much empty sky which detracts. Dont know what yo Blippers think about that - to crop or not to crop? A photographer's dilemma!
