Bridge 205

I love canals. I grew up at the side of the Chesterfield Canal and now live by the Leeds Liverpool. There is just something special about them.

It was busy today (you might just be able to make out the huge group of runners through the bridge!) but it was to be expected on such a beautiful Bank Holiday. I was trying out my new walking trainers for the first time and am pleased to say that they were very comfortable. Yay! 

Walked along the canal all the way to Shipley and did a bit of supermarket shopping and then hopped on the train home.

Been watching the snooker this afternoon. The first session of the O'Sullivan v Cahill match was excellent. Would love Cahill to win. He's the first amateur to ever reach the World Championships at the Crucible, plus he's a northerner :-)
