Ben's Bear

Late afternoon we had the briefest of trips out to Risley Moss, for a quick stretch of the legs.

There is a new Ben's bench, and sitting on it a new slimline Ben's bear. We thought the old bear had retired, but here he is facing the visitor centre, wearing his traditional Easter bonnet. He is sitting on one of the old vehicles which were used to carry peat after it had been cut.
