Easter bug hunt

Mum, Dad and Mike came over to Shrewsbury for an Easter visit. After a spot of lunch, a bit of a chat, a lot of watching and playing with Owen and exchange of Easter eggs we decided to head over to Attingham Park in the afternoon for a walk and, more importantly as far as Aaron was concerned, the Easter egg hunt.

Said Easter egg hunt turned out to be more of a bug hunt, looking out for giant wicker bugs like these ants climbing up a tree. After a bit of an organisational shambles (Louisa forgot her membership card and Mum, Dad and brother took a wrong turning) and with only half an hour to spare the bug hunt proper was just Aaron, Owen and me.
We found all 8, counted their legs, collected our Aaron's prize and eventually met up with the others.

All in all a really nice afternoon.
