I am ready

The eyes are telling you I am an adult and it is breeding season. This is a milky white eagle owl and apparently the eye lids turn red when they are ready to mate to attract the females. Sadly there is no mate here for him. His name is Meghan. The original owner thought he was a female. This is the Screech Owl sanctuary in Cornwall. A good couple of hours worth. They have something like 50 different species of owls here. Some rescued some born in captivity.
