Cherub

A chapel in Gloucester Cathedral had these charming cherubs, individualised by their hand positions - loved the personalities of each.

I met up with a friend at the cathedral. After her partner died some years ago we decided cathedral visiting was a good idea as a project. So far we've managed two as we've both been so busy, which is sort of a good thing I suppose, but given the beauty of Gloucester I think we should make more effort! A wonderful Norman space full of light.
