Hope this is right, please correct me if wrongly named. First fitness class for a week. Our Instructor ran us through an interval training session. Had us all puffing and panting but I did enjoy it. As it was raining, after our coffee at the Garden Centre, I decided that a flower blip from here would be the better than hoping the rain would stop in time, before my kettlebell class this evening.

Have done a bit of faffing, all by myself, after finding my notes. Hope my Tutor likes it ;-)
