Park Life

All sorts going on in the Lea Valley Park today. First of all was this little baby muntjac deer. It seemed to have been abandoned by its mother. We were distressed by its situation but as we were a long way from help and because it quickly disappeared into a hedgerow there didn't seem to be anything we could do for it.

Then on the way back, as the storm approached, we were treated to the spectacle of a swan landing on the lake. (Extra).

There's always something to spot when we go along the Lea.
