High Cup Nick

With Deb's brother Andy visiting us for a couple of days, and he's doing a sponsored walk in a couple of weeks from Coniston to Barrow, we gave him a training day. Not far from Maulds is the wonderful valley of High Cup Nick. Standing at nearly 2000 feet, the view down the valley from the far end is breathtaking. (It certainly was with the wind blowing up it !)
