Tulip

I love theses tulips. They have lots of little spikes on the edge of the petals. 
We burnt all the box hedge from the front today and found 3 shrubs decimated round the veg patch. There is lots of conflicting advice out there. Country magazine says dot cut and burn. RHS says dig up and burn. Local council say you can out cut them and ours it in the brown bin.
Found a huge dead hornet on the garage floor today. Perhaps i should have  photographed it.
