Three good things

One of our favourite recipes from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.  But over the last year we have been making an effort to cut down our consumption of food which has travelled too far, so it's a treat now reserved for the local asparagus season.  Which means that we've had it at least once a week over the last few weeks.  It's also notable as one of the meals I am entirely comfortable cooking these days - W does most of the kitchen work.

We've had another busy day, packing stuff into boxes for our trip.  Tomorrow we will try to squeeze it all into our car and trailer - we are starting to have serious doubts about whether it will all fit!  I suspect the final result will be my blip for tomorrow!
