Development of a tulip

I blipped one of these tulips a couple of weeks ago.  As they have matured, the pink/purple colouration has spread in a rather spectacular way.  I'm afraid I didn't keep a record of the name of the tulips when we bought and planted them last year.

We did our regular exercise session this morning, and then I played the flute for an hour.  Other than that, I've had a pretty lazy day.  

W has been having more fun in the workshop.  We had 5 kitchen drawer kits that had been stored in the shed for many years, and he has been creating a cabinet for them.  That's done, and now they just need drawer fronts, and contents!
