Silver Queen

Pittosporum tenuifolium: variety - 'Silver Queen'.
This is a female tree and only once in 30 years have I seen any fertilised seedpods develop suggesting there are no males within normal flying distance of pollinators.
Incidentally, in those 30 years it has grown to around 25ft high.

The foliage has the strange property of being attractive to Small White butterflies, several of whom park themselves in it every summer.
