Sgwarnog: In the Field

Legacy

Today's blip has been crowd sourced from various members of my family to mark the twentieth anniversary of the death of my Dad.

As remarked in previous blips, he was among many things a woodwork teacher, and a maker of wooden things. His creations were sometimes functional, often decorative and always immaculately crafted.

This is just a small selection, a diaspora of wooden objects scattered throughout the country, limbs of our family tree.

The orienteering trophies will be scattered through many stangers' homes too, but luckily I managed to win one myself: 1977 M11 North Wales Junior Champion.
