Kestrel

It was a nice day so we decided to do a bit of the Fife Coastal Path from Pittenweem to Elie. We drove to Elie, had lunch in the Ship Inn and then got the bus to Pitenweem before walking back to Elie. The first extra is a house at the east end of Pitenweem looking fine in the spring sunshine. The blip is a Kestrel we saw hunting in the rough open ground just to the east of St Monans and the second extra the famous breakwater at St Monans that is a popular place for photographers especially in dreich weather. We were lucky in that the sun shone and the sea was quite frisky.

Yesterday’s blip.
