Mount Stuart

Spent the morning in the grounds of Mount Stuart, walking in the woodland, the kitchen garden, and the wee garden. The Rhododendrons were spectacular and the woodland was carpeted in Bluebells. We even saw two hares at the edge of a little glade near the house when we had stopped for a seat.

Late lunch in Rothesay followed by a walk along the Esplanade, rouns by the Victorian visitor centre and gardens, and round town by the castle. Ice cream from Zavaroni's.
