Mausoleum Woods

We left the sunshine behind this morning as we drove out of West Yorkshire and in to East Yorkshire and on to Lincolnshire, headed for an orienteering event south of the River Humber at Mausoleum Wood.

I enjoyed my run despite making a bad error by taking the wrong ride and making parallel mistakes.  The wood was full of low level nettles so we both have tingling legs several hours on, but other than that it was a good little area after last week's JK with its technical and physical areas.  My knee also held up, so everything crossed it is healing.

On the way home we called in to see Mary and then stopped off at the supermarket in Otley for a few things.  Leaving Mary's we drove back in to the sunshine which has apparently been here at home all day!

My blip is of the eponymous Mausoleum which today was hosting the finish for the event.
