Lost treasure

I was sorting out the study today, and in a corner found a folder labelled ‘food’ . It had a number of plastic wallets, which had recipes I’d torn out of magazines many years ago. There were some old favourites, but I was most excited to find this dauphinois one, as made it several times and it was wonderful. I’d been searching for that particular recipe for many years, as had tried other recipes, but none were as good! Now it’s found, will have to try it again. It must be over 15 years old, as I remember making it when we lived in Nottingham, and we moved from there in 2004!
