What is it?

This is a close-up photo of a flaky dinner roll that I found at Central Market.  As soon as I saw it, I knew it was perfect for Tiny Tuesday.

You might wonder why I always seem to be going to the market.  It's because that's the only place I can walk around without much pain.  The handle of the small shopping carts  is the perfect height for me to be able to walk upright and at a good pace, once I've settled into it.  I've developed a slump that I want to eliminate, and this helps.  I don't count my steps, but there are a lot of them.
