Gin, tonic and sequencing

What a threesome. Sadly, the latter ruined it all...DNA sequencing for my honours project is not the most exhilarating way I can think of spending a Friday night.

Maybe if all the G's, C's, T's and A's had been in the right order it would have been more enjoyable. Instead, it all transformed into a nightmarish jigsaw puzzle made of non-complementary shapes.
