Friday blooms

10:18 GP re cold bug. All good. Need to ride it out. Have chest x-ray if still coughing after 6 weeks (ie 2 more weeks). As I am definitely better, I’m pretty confident I just need to be patient.

Not unpleasant out. Overcast, but nice walking weather. Popped into Lidl, disappointed by how grubby the self-checkouts are. Grooves full of debris. And saw several packs with rotten fruit on display. Quite off-putting.

See Beyond Meat (Beyond Burgers) shot up 163% on their first day of trading on the NASDAQ, valuing the Californian company close to $3.8bn. A missed opportunity. That’s the burgers I was hunting around for.

On another positive note found a vegan ‘Nutella’ called Vego. 10/10. Recommend to non-vegans too. Ideal for a treat.
