Nostalgie

We had a nostalgic visit to our old neighbourhood this morning. This is Ch walking quickly through the wind on the pont Mirabeau. We picked up roulés aux pistaches, a week-end specialty from the local bakery and an old favourite. Then did the walk between our former apartment and Ch's old school from seven years ago. Predictably, it seemed a lot shorter to her than she remembered... the funny thing is that it also seemed shorter to me, and it's hard to account for that! We had coffee at Avenue de Versailles & Exelmans, then walked around Sainte-Périne and Auteuil before heading back. 

It keeps rainy off and on and has been quite chilly all day. I've been trying to hunker down and get some reading done but Ch ventured out again this evening.
