Sunday hike

Took a walk on the wild side....explored a mini hike in a park I'd read about in the Sunday paper a couple weeks back.  Lakeridge Park and deadhorse canyon in seattle....no dead horses other than my legs.  It was a lovely day to hike and even Cowboy seemed to enjoy all the new wonderful smells. A collage showing the bleeding hearts, coral bells, pathways and the guys.  A good practice for getting me back into some hiking.   A lot of up and down on the legs and stairs that I've not done in a long time...but worth the extra effort to begin restrengthening!  After a very bad fall a few years ago on a hike in Maine it's been an uphill literally battle.  Good beginning and being very slow and cautious!  Lots of lovely greenery and wildflowers to enjoy.
