Losing my head

Birthday cake is gone and I'm looking rather the worse for wear, have lost my head and thrown aside the music....
May the 4th was busy and culminated in an excellent meal out with good friends at an eat-ooterie in Meikleour.
Now the cake is finished it's back to auld claise and porridge (& a substantial reduction in calories, I hope)...
