Pork with Mustard Sauce

Pork with a cream-mustard sauce, leftover rice reheated with veal demi-glace, and peas & carrots.

Wine: San Gregorio Las Martas Calatayud Garnacha 2016.

This was a pretty quick and simple, but rather tasty dinner. The wine is very good and a fantastic value.
