Nem Nuong

Nem nuong (Vietnamese pork meatballs) on a bed of cucumbers noodles, and nuoc cham (fish-sauce based dipping sauce).

I love Vietnamese food but rarely attempt it myself. This came out decently, but no where near as good as what I can get out.
