Back on the day ward. I get infusions twice yearly now of zoledronic acid. It strengthens the bones by all accounts and prevents boney mets. I ll take everything thrown at me if it means not having to go through it all again. This one can have fluey side effects, but so far so good.

Restless night. Hot flushes wake me up and then I struggle to go back to sleep again. Really hoping that they settle and it's just the result of a dramatic chemically induced menopause, and not a side effect of the tamoxifen.. Gonna be a long 10 years if that's the case.
