Lovely Flowers

A beautiful bunch of flowers arrived today. Quite unexpectedly. From Penny and Steve. Their previous tenants have left and left the flat in a very grim state. So I have been project managing having it redecorated and carpeted and generally a bit of sorting out. P&S found it very dispiriting after they had put so much effort and love into getting their first home together looking as they wanted. I guess you have to expect it when you have tenants. Being PM for this is not hard.... just time consuming!
