On the beach

Checking up on Mother who is having terrible back spasms. I reckon it's the statins she takes. We have genetically high cholesterol. I manage mine by eating oats and soya. Mother can't access the internet to read about the most common side effect from her variety of statins- muscle spasms. Thankfully she's made an appt with the doc to get more advice . Meanwhile she's going to stop the tablets. Keep your fingers crossed the spasms stop and doc will give her a different type, or maybe stop them altogether. She's been suffering for weeks without asking for help. She just thinks she's getting old. Poor thing, it's been debilitating.
